Definition of a Product


Simply stated, products are things that you sell.  

However, Lynx  makes a distinction between two different types of products. The difference is whether or not it's a physical item that you maintain an inventory for (like propane) or it's a service you offer that does not involve keeping an inventory (like labor). 

In addition, all products are also put into Product Groups.  This allows the system to categorize your products for more efficient processing.
